I need help A DAY IN THE CITY OF NEW YORK!?
I have a family to see New York in two days and I have no idea where Im going. Let take the bus from Baltimore, Maryland, at 7 Avenue and 28th Street in Manhattan. After that, I do not know where to go! I know it's a tall order, but may someone help me do a tour one day? I'll find a fun place to get one day a step, so let's use the subway to get everywhere. Sites We are a must for Central Park, Soho, Lombardy for pizza, a point of view of the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building and Times Square at night. In addition, if possible, a museum for free. Can anyone recommend the order that must be visited by my starting point? It would be amazing if someone could understand what meters take. Thanks!
7 ยช Avenida Calle 28 is just a subway station subway line No. 1, so that you can get a MetroCard there. What I would do would be to buy Fun Pass, then take a train to Houston Street and walk along Houston Street SoHo to see (or take the bus M21 on working days). A street and turn Lafayette, Lafayette Street and walk 2 blocks south. From there, walk one block east of Lombardi (32 Spring Street). From there you can take the No. 6 train to Spring Street to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall and be active and at City Hall Park (you can walk on the Brooklyn Bridge, if desired, then take the A or C train back to Manhattan (get off at Fulton Street)) or transfer to trains of 4 or 5 to Bowling Green. Bowling Green, walk 2 blocks home in the ferry terminal in Staten Island. The ferry is free and gives you a view of the Statue of Liberty. Once you return to Manhattan (unfortunately, it is not much to do in Staten Island), can take the R train to 5th Avenue, 59th Street and walk through Central Park (Eastern). From there, take Bus M1, M2, M3, M4 to 34th Street to see the Empire State Building. Finally, to see Times Square at night, take trains N, Q, R or street 34-Herald Put a stop to Times Square, Calle 42 (or simply walk). As the museum is free, I think the Jewish Museum, 1109 5th Avenue is free Saturday. To get there from Central Park and take the bus M1, M2, M3 or M4 on Madison Avenue and down in the street 96. I think the Museum of El Barrio is at 1230 5th Avenue, also free on Thursdays (not sure). To get there take bus M1, M2, M3 or M4 on Madison Avenue and down on the street 103. There are probably other free museums, but I bet they are along 5th Avenue near Central Park.
