new york round trip cruise

Cruise Line?
I have sailed with Celebrity 7 times and loved them. I want a cruise that goes back and forth between New York and this year seems to who have much to start from the east coast that are more focused on Europe. I am certainly not the carnival and I think of Princess, Royal Caribbean Cruises and Holland America. Someone have any experience with one of these cruise lines? Thanks!
Well, it depends a bit on what you like. But if you liked the celebrity, it gives me an idea. =) One thing to know: All companies with more than 10 days + (and many are), almost all retirees. Who can be good or bad, depending on what you like. Holland America Line probably the most famous and in terms of food quality, ships are not huge, and price. The service is very good, especially if you like a elegant style consideration. You can read my diary on a cruise here cruise HAL: And http://www.cruisesavvy.com/journals/pj/2008/ms_zuiderdam_holland_america_line_pacific_northwest_807 there is an "official" review by the editors in: Princess http://www.cruisesavvy.com/savvyguide/holland_america_line: as good. Generally cheaper than HAL and famous. I do not think their food is like what we are accustomed. It is more "Applebee's" if he threw the occasional lobster on the menu. I think Caribbean Princess is a ship out of New York, and you can see photos here: http://www.cruisesavvy.com/node/1364 Royal Caribbean: I guess that's leaving out of Bayonne, New Jersey, Bermuda, right? In general, I think they do a good job, but are more like Carnival with less nightlife and more Polish and ships that have more bells and whistles (like the climbing wall). In reality, not the same level of service or food as a celebrity or HAL. (RCI and Celebrity are owned by the same company, so they try to serve different markets.) You can read more in general on the choice of a cruise as you like here: http://www.cruisesavvy.com/savvyguide/choosing_your_cruise Hope that helps!
