Getting my money back from Internet Rip-off site?

I was ripped-off by www.halfpricedmags.com, they never started my subscriptions and won’t return my emails. I should have done my research, turns out they have over 60 claims lodged against them with the Better Business Bureau – NYC chapter. I’ve lodged a complaint myself with the BBB, but will I get my money back and should I be weary that this website has my credit card info? What else can I do to protect myself and seek renumeration? Thanks!

All you can really do is contact your CC company and explain what happened, and ask them to reverse the charge(s), then get a new card if it still worries you.
