Trains from New York / Brooklyn to Manhattan taxis?
Hi, I'm flying to New York for business. Landing at JFK Airport and headed Brooklyn for a meeting with a client on the Pont-Saint-After that I have another meeting in Manhattan 5. What is the best way to get from Brooklyn to Manhattan the bottom? Train? Taxi? I plan to make a car service from the airport in Brooklyn as Driving Taxi drivers usually crap out of me!
To make life easier, I just want to rent a car service in the city. I am often in the city Brooklyn. They are very fast (usually come within minutes of the call) and are not as expensive. The most I've paid was $ 30 including tip. You can take the metro, but depending on where you are in Brooklyn this could be a schlep a station is a pain to travel time and 20 degrees. The seasons are not as frequent as they are in the city. Taxis are also somewhat suspect in Brooklyn, because are not as frequent either. Hope you have a good trip! Travel safely.
