As for the New York Convention Rules …?

I read that the permissions of the CAC are actually available in New York (surprise). The main provisions are that they are 21, good moral character and not convicted of a felony. Many things that are considered "crimes" of today are bad decisions or contempt for the law, IMO. Anyway, could someone knowledgeable about gun laws in New York to explain what constitutes a "serious crime" and the difficulty of obtaining permits in general? Thanks.

NYC is an entity in itself – New York City will not accept new weapons hidden state of New York permission. Only the rich (more than one million illegal Bloomberg for re-election) or the famous (and then you can have a criminal record) for a licensed in New York. Not that I care, my creds let me use it anywhere in the U.S.
