Has there ever been exempt from passing the CPA exam in New York on the basis of the fifteen years of experience?
If yes, is an article related or where I can go to get more information?
I've never met anyone like that. Would have to work in auditing / accounting firm this experience, I do not think sufficient private accounts, simply because it is so close at times. But in his first 5 years with a public company has to pass the exam to become a manager. It is therefore impossible to be an auditor of 15 years in an accounting firm without a license.
