What are the laws of New York semi-automatic weapons?
Hi I'm 19. I obviously live in the city, and I'm sure you want to get my pistol and a shotgun and rifle license. Now my only question is. What is the City of New York, the laws on possession of a semi-automatic rifle. The reason is, when the old to apply for a license. RFB want to buy a Kel-Tek and I know for sure what I have to do for and with the gun. But in terms of regulation and the law does not want to break everything and lose my license. My next question is – do I need a license class 3 – How is the city more lenient with these things – Are there things to do to prove worthy of the confidence that the weapon that any help would be great. and please all comments are welcome.
I could not get a permit for my Ruger 10/22 when I retired from the Navy. New York is full of draconian gun laws for criminals to citizens. This is why I chose to move from city I was born in a place with a brain.
