What’s the best Happy Hour in Midtown Manhattan?

I’m looking ideally for beer specials but it doesn’t have to be. East side would also be better but I’m not afraid of a little walk/cab ride. Also, is there a website with an easily searchable database of bar deals in NYC? The couple I have found aren’t very useful. Thanks for any suggestions!
