Anyone have any experience of driving, while outside a parking ticket issued in New York?
My friend from work This morning, two minutes before the meter parking rules came into force, and had a traffic cop in his car ticketing. She was upset she was issued a ticket when he was a minute or two, then just hunted. What are the chances that the ticket was issued anyway in mail? Will there be any additional penalty of driving while public ticket?
