Construction cost calculator?

I am looking for a calculator where you plug in a location (New York City), building type (apartment, office building, etc.), and square footage and it gives you an estimate. There was one that I used to know about on the Real Estate Journal website, but I can’t find it. If you have them, give multiple suggestions.

I don’t know about NYC, your best bet is to contact some reputable contractors about $/sq.ft. No computer program will do better. In any work, figure the cost of materials times two. Labor cost the price of materials. That’s not a bad figure, you don’t work for free so why should the guys/girls who build.

The governance of natural resources used by many individuals in common is an issue of increasing concern to policy analysts. Both state control and privatization of resources have been advocated, but neither the state nor the market have been uniformly successful in so…
